Fred Schramm
Fred Schramm is the Owner/President & CEO of Schramm Construction Corporation. He has over 35 years experience in the construction industry and has learned the business from the ground up, performing as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent, project manager and estimator. Beginning in 1993 with a small investment and a dream, Schramm Construction Corporation has evolved into a first class General Contractor with sales of $18 million in 2007. Fred has been married to his wife Annette for 17 years and they have 6 children and 1 grandchild. Fred enjoys his leisure time spending time with family, traveling and cooking. Fred and his wife are both active in Church and involved in mission work in the country of Haiti and have adopted 2 children from Haiti. They also support local ministries, the Hesed House in Aurora and Riverwoods in South Elgin.

Glenn Pierce
Glenn graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a professional degree in Architecture with emphasis on structural design. Glenn has been actively involved in numerous aspects of the construction industry for almost 20 years. His integrity and attention to detail have been influenced by his experience in the United States Marine Corps and he carries these traits over in all aspects of his work. Glenn has successfully managed commercial, hospitality, industrial, religious and institutional facilities from conception to completion. His management goal is to ensure that projects and processes are flowing smoothly and that the client is informed and satisfied with every aspect of the project.
