The coveted Rich Harvest Farms appointed Schramm Construction for the major renovation of their 30 bedroom, 5 star hotel, the Harvest Lodge. Originally a horse barn, Schramm Construction transformed this facility into a fully functional retreat housing 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. The Harvest Lodge also features an indoor golf range and fitness center for guests. Holiday Inn Vacation Clubs has recently acquired Silverleaf Resorts, owner of Fox River Resort. The organization continues to work with Schramm Construction on upgrades and renovations to the resort. In this project, Schramm Construction will update the existing sales facility with high end finishes, a water feature in the lobby, and two theater areas. Additionally there will be exterior renovations to the +/- 20,000 square foot sales office....
