This is one of three Suburban Tire locations that Schramm Construction has built. The 8,000-square-foot store was designed to be environmentally friendly with solar panels to generate electricity and a geothermal system to heat and cool it. Also, recycled steel and masonry were used in construction, as well as cellulose insulation made from recycled newspapers. The outlet has seven tire and auto service bays, plus three quick lube bays.
