In order to provide the highest quality service to our clients, we carefully choose our subcontractors, hiring only those who have a similar work philosophy as ours. We take great care to work with only reputable, fully insured subcontractors. In turn, we expect each subcontractor to select tradesmen known for their experience installing the finish project used for the project and for their reputations for quality installations. These individuals are acknowledged and encouraged to strive for the highest possible standards of work.

Organized quality improvement teams are encouraged to plan, implement and monitor the quality of key items of work. The team's plan and quality control status is reported during progress meetings. During each progress meeting, Schramm identifies examples of good quality installation and appropriate quality corrections to keep focus on quality throughout the project.

We feel that working as a team with clients, employees, and subcontractors is the key to a successful project. Schramm works to discover a common vision of expectations and then incorporates this shared vision into every aspect of the project at hand.
